Cooking Guidelines: Cook From Frozen: Deep Fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 6-7 minutes. Alternately Oven Bake at 220°C/Gas Mark 7 for approximately 15 minutes. Always ensure the product core temperature reaches 72°C. Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
